HIFU Body Sculpting Treatment
HIFU Fat Removal | Body Sculpting Treatment
Our HIFU Body Sculpting Treatment is our premier treatment to permanently reduce smaller pockets of fat of around 1-2cm thickness with results lasting up to 2 years. Additionally, only 1 treatment is usually required with this ‘lipo- sculpting’ treatment.
HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) technology is the latest solution for creating a sculpture. This fat-busting treatment allows us to target those problem areas to create a smooth contour with targeted fat removal to give you the added perfection to your physique.
What is HIFU?
High-Intensity Frequency Ultrasound treatment is now one of the most sought after treatments in body contouring. HIFU is the latest non-surgical technology to excel in this area in just a single session!
This treatment is an alternative to the better-known treatment Cryo-freezing, but HIFU body treatments offer faster, more permanent and more targeted results.
How does HIFU remove fat?
The high frequency of the ultrasound wave results in heating under the skin. When this happens, it destroys the fat cells and results in tightening of the skin in the treatment area at the same time.
The targeted fat cells once destroyed are then flushed away via the body’s natural removal process. This process continues for up to 6 months post-treatment.

HIFU Body Treatment Process
Step 1 – Book a Free Consultation
Unfortunately, not every person will be eligible for HIFU body sculpting treatment. Therefore, it’s important to book in for a FREE consultation with one of our trained clinicians in order to discuss suitability.
We will assess all your needs and any concerns during your free consultation. During this, we will discuss your treatment goals and the treatment in depth. Following on from the discussion, we will carry out a patch test. Treatment can commence 7 days post patch test.
The Treatment Process
3D HIFU Body is the latest technology to target specific focused areas of fat in the fastest possible treatment time.
The HIFU handpiece is then placed on the skin and held in one area at a time. It works by delivering a 24 line matrix of focused energy at a depth of 1.3cm and 8mm to destroy fat cells. The high frequency of the ultrasound waves results in heating under the skin, effectively destroying the fat cells and tightening the skin in the area. The damaged cells are then flushed away via a natural removal process through the lymphatic system that continues for up to 3 months.
Little to no downtime!
There is normally no downtime or recovery time needed. Most people return to normal activities right away. Results are often seen from 2-4 months of post-treatment. The average reduction after just one session is typically 2-4cm in the treatment area.
HIFU offers permanent fat reduction and any fat cells treated with HIFU will not return. Combined with a healthy diet and exercise program, will ensure even better results.
Measurements & Photos are part of the assessment and review post-treatment.
Please follow any aftercare recommendations
Please avoid heat treatment 2-3 days before and for 1 week after HIFU. Including sunbeds, sauna and steam. Avoid going to the Gym for 5 -7days after treatment or until the area has returned to normal.
